We have built all types of new homes big and small. Our experience is diverse in this area and this allows us to make good suggestions to customers during the planning stages. Because we are most often hired for design and construction (called Design-Build), we often can "massage" the plan to fit specific needs for our clients. This also includes making sure the home fits the site, and adjusting the plan so that it fits the contour of the lot, works around trees, exterior traffic patterns, etc.

Each client is unique and their home should reflect their specific needs and desires. Our greatest efforts are put into the planning of a new home. If we do the homework, all the pieces fit together to create a wonderful home which gets completed on schedule, and within budget. An additional bonus for us is the relationship that is built with a client through this process. This is our greatest asset, since almost all of our work is directed to us through referrals.

We have extensive experience in both residential and commercial remodeling projects on small and very large scales. Through experience, we have learned what to expect which helps us eliminate surprises. We pride ourselves in doing a remodeling project and coming in on or below budget. We also have learned tricks on how to allow clients to maintain occupancy during construction with the least amount of interruption to their daily lives. We also understand schedules. We have completed many tenant improvement projects that had tight timelines. We do what we need to do in order to get the job done on time.
