Job Description:

• Organize drawings and specifications, prepare bid package, and Invitation to Bid
• Compile list of sub-contractors and send out bidding instructions and then follow up
• Includes seeking new qualified subcontractors
• Compile and qualify bids into existing organization tools
• Present cost and qualification proposal to manager
• Assist Project Manager team with project support as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Analytical skills
• Communication skills- verbal and written
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• 2 or 4-year degree in a related field
• Previous construction experience is highly valued
• Self-motivated and work ethic
• Willing to learn and advance
